Production Blog (Ideas And Planning)

 Hi, blog. For my commercial, I'm planning on using videos from when I was younger to now. Showing how I've changed including my interests and things I've always liked to do. I am thinking about using iMovie or Cap Cut. I'm more used to them and have made many little videos/edits joking around with my friends. Since the people in my friend group now are people who have had such a great impact on me, I want to include good moments and memories with them. I'm not necessarily sure how much I can add or what exact videos I have but I can look through all the SD cards from our old cameras. My parents were always recording everything from traveling to different countries and going on cruises to us at the beach and dinners. I've always been the person to record every moment and memory so I have a lot saved. My friends do get annoyed a lot of the time for always sticking my phone out but it's nice looking back at those memories after a while. I'll be including my past friends that I've drifted from and friends that I currently have. Throughout class, I'll ask others for their opinions about my commercial. I'll have videos added in from trips as well or other things that don't necessarily have me in them but I have taken them. I'll show places that I always go to. I brought up how the beach was one place I could genuinely relax and how it's my comfort place so I'd add that in as well. Videos taken at Fort Lauderdale High School would most likely be included since I go 5 times a week and spend half my day there. I need to check how all the videos I want to put together are taken. It might be more difficult if a video is taken horizontally and vertically. I'd need to re-adjust everything because it would not look right and fit well on iMovie. I think after editing the commercial everything would work out correctly. Again, I will take advice from others and try to put everything together well. I want it to look organized yet show a fun representation of how I've grown up including my interests and hobbies.
